The Fallkniven Erna fixed blade is a mobile barbeque chef knife with a razor sharp laminated cobalt steel blade. It has a comfortable grip made from Carelian curly birch wood with silver pins. The knife includes a leather sheath and a leather carrying case which have been embossed with the Fallkniven logo. The Erna was named after a mythological Nordic warrior woman who’s strength, tenacity and beauty were put into this impressive fixed blade knife.
