The Fox Felin was created for the French RAID team, a specialized counter-terrorism unit in France, and the BRI team, an anti-gang unit. The RAID team’s insignia is a panther, and the BRI team’s is a tiger, hence the name of the knife, Felin, which is French for “feline”. The Felin’s blade features a large thumb ramp with jimping and partial serrations. The handle is constructed of smooth G-10, with the tang of the knife doubling as a striking pommel. It includes a kydex sheath for multiple mounting options.
