This Diagnostic Karambit from Bastinelli Creations has a unique design with the finger ring and choil under the blade. The steel is PVD coated stainless N690Co and comes with a black Kydex neck sheath. There is an embellished black lanyard attached to the base of this knife with a bronze finished skull bead.
